Areas of action for Labour
Verification of time off sick: According to article 20.3 of the Worker Regulation, the business owner may accord the measures they deem convenient, in regards to vigilance and control, to verify the fulfilment of their employees' obligations and laboural duties, considering on its application the proper consideration of their dignity. That being said, the employee must collaborate actively while on time off sick to aid their own recovery. So is defined in the law precedents where it is written that doing activities that worsen the condition or deter the recovery of the employer are cause for firing, as long as they are in a labour incapacity situation.
Verification of absenteeism: Deciding if there is a violation of contractual good faith (Art. 54.2.d ET).
Authentification of view rapports and expenses of the commercial department: Schedule, kilometers traveled, visits, expenses, route, etc...
Pre-employment Background Check: Search process to investigate criminal record, commercial registry and financial registry of the possible candidates for future recruitment by our client.
Investigation of in-company theft: We perform an exhaustive analysis of the events to determine their veracity and so find the best methodology for its resolution. Amongst the different measues to solve said thefts we have the instalation of hidden cameras, monitoring or, as a last resort, infiltrating the core of the conflict using qualified personnel that also have good Private Investigator credentials.

Mystery Shooping: It consists of a visit to the establishment to asses it by a Private Investigator pretending to be a client. The Private Investigator will evaluate the different points of interest set by the client and afterwards build a report about all relevant data. This can be, amongst others, the quality of customer asistance, the order of products in the establishment, the estimated time of collection, the evaluation of established security measures, etc.
Information leaks: On of the main investigation types carried out in companies, along industrial espionage, are information leaks. In a work environment, we provide coverage for finding out information leaks being done by an employee. This information leaks may cause irreversible damage to a company as it's possible that highly confidential data or know-how may be revealed. This leaks may be carried out by employees in the company, as well as employees about to be fired or change jobs, specialy so if they transfer to the competition. It's seen as added value, if a person brings highly valued information of a company to their competition. Sometimes, said information is extracted in a way that makes it difficult for third parties to see, but not impossible to detect.
